Partner, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Financial Advisor

Barb Hacke Resch, Brandon Blair and Richard Lee, are Summit Wealth Management's founding advisors.

As part of the “Summit Team,” Barb is instrumental on all strategic matters — crafting the firm's vision, establishing its exceptional standards, and managing key relationships. Previous to forming Summit Wealth Management in 2014, Barb began her career in the investment industry as a Financial Advisor in 1998 in Salem, Oregon.  As a Portfolio Manager in Private Investment Management (PIM) and an Investment Plan Specialist, Barb is able to build and execute risk and reward investment portfolios and personalize them to help meet her client's individual goals.  Barb's registrations include the Series 7, 63 & 66.

Barb grew up in Northwest Montana.  After college, Barb and her husband Greg moved to Oregon to further their careers.  Barb was a Senior Merchandise Manager for major retailer for 19 years before beginning her second career in the financial industry. Those years in retail taught her the importance of client service and building lasting relationships.

Barb is an active member of several professional and not-for-profit organizations.  She has served on the board and as President of The United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley and the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce.  She has volunteered for many non-profits around Salem focused on children, youth and families.

“What I love most about this business is the ability to work with awesome clients and their families and make a positive difference in their future.”
