    In 2014, Brandon and his partners founded Summit Wealth Management. Prior to opening Summit, Brandon spent nineteen years as a financial advisor, with Smith Barney & Morgan Stanley, and has been a financial advisor for over 25 years.

    Originally from Ohio, Brandon was a student-athlete at his alma mater, The University of Iowa, where he met his wife Rhonda, a fellow alumni and athlete. Rhonda grew up in Salem and convinced Brandon to move out west in 1997.

    They have made Salem their home with their three children where they are very active in the community and can been found cheering on their children at tennis matches and participating at Salem Heights Church, as well as many other organizations throughout the area. Brandon is a Current Board Member of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, a Founding & Past Board Member at Children's Nursing Specialties, and a Past President of the Salem Sunrise Rotary.

      As a founding member of Summit Wealth Management, Barb is instrumental on all strategic matters - From designing the company's vision to establishing the exceptional standards by which Summit Wealth Management adheres. Prior to forming Summit Wealth Management in 2014, Barb began her career in the investment industry as a Financial Advisor in 1998 in Salem, Oregon.

      As a Portfolio Manager in Private Investment Management (PIM), Barb manages key strategic relationships as well as building, personalizing, and executing risk and reward investment portfolios to help meet her client's individual goals.

      Barb is an active member of several professional and not-for-profit organizations. She has served on the board and as President of The United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley and the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. She has volunteered for many non-profits around Salem focused on children, youth and families.

          Before entering the financial services industry, Erika graduated from Willamette University in May of 2017 with a degree in Psychology as well as double minors held in Spanish and Art History. She has worked in a variety of jobs since graduating from college including as a Law Clerk at the Willamette University College of Law and as an Administrative Assistant at the Hallie Ford Museum of Art. Erika has been working as a client services associate in the financial services industry for the past four years and as a registered client services associate for the past year in Portland, OR. Her most recent position being as a Registered Client Services Associate with CGC Financial Services.

          Erika grew up in Salem, OR with her parents and two younger twin sisters. In her free time, she loves to read, cook, bake, attend church, volunteer, go the gym, bike, learn languages, is an avid film buff, and she also loves to travel. Her most recent adventure was travelling to France and Spain for six weeks during the winter of 2022.

            Krystan grew up in Salem and was active in sports at Sprague High School and later attended the University of Oregon, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology.  After college, Krystan moved to Portland where she worked in the telecom, business management, & software industries in various leadership roles.  While in the software industry she experienced working at a start-up that, in just a few years, became a publicly traded company.

            Outside of work, Krystan enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family.  Her partner, Frank, and her pup, Olly, keep her busy and they are always helping her find their next big adventure.
